Privacy practices for the consumer web app

Elder Care Intelligence collects limited information needed to operate the site, improve the product, and manage waitlist communication.

If you submit your email through a waitlist or interest form, that email may be stored so the site operator can send updates about product availability, new features, or related service announcements.

The site also stores limited first-party analytics events such as page views, search actions, shortlist saves, and waitlist submissions. These are used to understand product usage and prioritize development.

Local shortlist state may also be stored in your browser through local storage so saved facilities can persist across visits on the same device.
